Brenda, Alexander and Arthur - Beneficiary
Day 12th September 2009
Brenda and her two sons, Alexander and Arthur live in Gloucester
with the rest of the family living some hundreds of miles
away. Brenda's husband works overseas a great deal of the
time. Being new to the area, this left Brenda very little
support to look after Alexander who has autism and Arthur
who had quite severe early learning difficulties. Brenda was
nominated for a flight with fly2help
and on September 12th 2009 she and her two boys had a day

Alex - Beneficiary Day 25 August 2009
Alex (age 15) who lives with severe learning difficulties,
is also physically disabled, wheelchair bound, and is currently
waiting for major surgery. His parents Keith and Jane found

at the Kemble Air Show earlier this year and realised how

Luke (10) is hearing impaired and partially sighted and,
though appearing to be a happy child, he often struggles at
school and has limited experience of the outside world. As
well as dealing with these constraints, the family has also

Pupils Beneficiary Day 17 July 2009
The Cotswold Community School is a boarding school for a
small number of boys aged between 10 and 16 years. This school
is part of the Action for Children Charity (originally National
Childrens' Homes). All these boys have experienced extensive
